Add ons is not working

I bought add ons on my account to call international long distance but still I can't call.  Please help and thank you.

you have got the wrong add-on, you need to buy the US calling. 

ask PM support to change it for you

I think you need the US minutes add on. Ask them if they can switch it for you? Or get a voip app like TextNow and you can call for free to the US and ask for a credit or refund.

I need help that I can call from Canada to US because my Plan is only included internation text and messaging.  I bough 300International Long distance minute but the CS agent that I was takling while  ago was thingking I'm in US and untill now I can't call.  Needs help and thank you!

which country you try to call? you can only call some countries but not all
