I unintentionally paid twice for an add-on - can I get a refund?

Hey there,

I was traveling in USA and got 3 gb data for 30  CAD. The connection was laggy and I paid twice, and got 2 add-ons. Can I get the refund for one of them?

eh, yes, that's what I gathered too.... I submitted 3 tickets and no luck. Maybe it's time to change the provider - not the first time lack of support makes me feel uncomfortable  😞
