I have added funds to my account and am trying to add on US package with data ….. for over a few days it will not let me add the add on tho my plan. It says oooops something went wrong and try again later. This is very frustrating as I am travelling. Please help.

It may just be easier for now while the IT department works on fixing all of the self serve glitches for you to use the 611/IVR system to buy US Roaming add ons (as previously mentioned.) You still have to wait out the 24 hours between add on expiry to purchase the same US Roaming add on. More info below...

call *611 press 2 and 3 and see at photo which add-ons roaming you want to buy it, and you need your 4 digit PIN.

Another option is that if you've added money and you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and add the roaming add-on. Or 1-855-4pu-blic.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Close browser and then open a new window in incognito. Try chrome.
