I saw that Telus is applying for permission to charge a 1.5% fee for credit card payments from October (https://globalnews.ca/news/9055717/telus-credit-card-processing-fee/).
Any ideas if this would apply to Public Mobile too?

Nor do they follow their own terms of service....nor do they have to apparently....?

Unlikely as public mobile advertises that it has "no extra fees, billing or overages". This is likely aimed at postpaid accounts vs prepaid.
Edit:
Lol...and now that I have read your linked article it does end with....
"Telus's discount flanker brands including Koodo and Public Mobile will not be subject to the fee, nor will customers in Quebec."

Actually I just found the CBC article https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/telus-credit-card-bill-1.6548325 which says it does not apply to Public Mobile. I wonder if that might change in the future?

@DoctorG It is hard to say , Hopefully it won’t get approved if it does I guess telus will see how it goes before it trickles down to public mobile
