Which add on did you purchase?  Which country are you calling? Are you calling from Canada?

Public mobile does not offer international country roaming (except for USA - 15 days add on needed)

Public mobile offers long distance calling to only a certain number of countries.

Which add-on did you buy and which country are you trying to call? Each add-on is only valid for specific countries.
