Add on not in my account

I used my rewards to purchase a US Roaming Text 10 day AddOn and it is not in my account.  I purchased it on April 10 it is now April 12.  The reward points have been taken (immediately) but no AddOn.  Why?

@Don1963  - do you see the addon listed in this area of your self serve account?

  • Make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
  • Restarting your phone should help you connect to the correct network.
  • Go to the cellular or network settings in your phone, and check your APN configuration. If possible, manually search and select T-Mobile's network.
