Good Morning Everyone
I purchased a data add-on last month after running out of data on my plan. It didn't activate on my account and I was unable to use data until the billing cycle reset. Is there a way to seek a credit for this purchase or a way to activate it this month instead?

@Hypengyophobia, can you check to make sure the add-on was purchased. Look at the payment history. It would show there. If the add-on was purchased and not used, the remaining data would show in the overview page. In the event that the second step in the add-on purchase was not completed, the top up would have gone towards the renewal. This would become apparent by looking at the payment history.

It's a two step process to add. Put funds into your Available Funds and then purchase the add-on. Once you see it in your Overview page then restart the phone. The add-on will stay there until consumed. Think of it now as your extra if you do go over again.
