I received a sim card. I tried to activate it but it didnt work. Now i changed my mind I would like to cancel the account

hi @Chinhhvu you are just one step away from successful activation, so let support agent to help to register your sim.  But , even you really want to go, you still do the same, open ticket with CS agent.   Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@Chinhhvu !are you trying to activate in the app not website ? All activations need the app 

but you can submit ticket with support to cancel and ask for refund if you haven’t activated . Some have been successful in this despite PM. Being  pre paid and no refunds
