I accidentally added on the 3GB CANADIAN data. Could I get a refund for this?

Hi, this happened to me last month. I started chatting with chatbot and eventually chatbot gave me a link to a live agent. I sent a msg to that agent and he helped me getting refund. It can credit back to your pm account or back to your credit card(it took 10 business days).

PM policy is no refund.

However, support are usually very understanding and will try to help out, like reverse the transaction and leave the fund in the account for future use.  Please engage support and work with them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
