Add on US data not working

Hi added us roaming. Roaming data no working. Requesting for refund $ 20 pr considering switching to other reliable cellular providers.

Already tried restarting phone on the very first day of adding data. Not worth troubleshooting considering I have only one mor day in the US

@Osotua it was within 10 days that you successfully added the Roaming addon to your account, was it?

Try restarting your phone or do a reset of the device's network settings, to help get connected to the proper network.

What's the make and model of your phone?

@Osotua you meant you cannot use data at all there?

 

make sure you enable Roaming Data. 

 

you tried both T-Mobile  and AT&T  and neither working for you?

Just checking...are you in the USA @Osotua . Roaming addons are for use whilst in the USA.

All other addons are for use whilst in Canada.

@Osotua- Did you try to manually connect to T-Mobile? Did you turn on roaming data? Maybe have a go at trying AT&T as well. Did your normal data work when you were at home? Data should theoretically work.

Read the link post with info on Public mobiles US roaming add-ons. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to make sure the roaming add-on will work and the limitations to voice services. If you need more help or troubleshooting after you implement the methods needed to ensure your US roaming add-on will work we can help you. then.

 

While customer support are very willing to give credits where credit is due technically all purchases are non-refundable and they will not credit your account if you do not try to get your US roaming to work and if you plan on leaving a credit will not help you.
