Add on: 5 dollar canada wide minutes (how long till active?)

I just ran out of minutes while I was talking on the phone. 
I've logged in and added more minutes. I think it has all gone though ok, however I can't make a call yet. 
I'm wondering how long it usually takes for the add ons to take effect.

@jeav  Just repeat the process oftof purchasing the add-on to complete step two so that you can make calls again.

@jeav Do you see it in the list of your account now? Should be there after purchase right away. Relogin your account.

@jeav around 5 minutes. Did you actually buy the add on? Or just deposit the funds?  If you see the funds sitting in your self service account.  Then go here and buy it. Stay safe.

It should be immediate.  Do you see the long distance add on in your self service account?  Buying any add on is a two step process.  Load funds and then purchase add on.  

If you see the add on, maybe rebooting your phone will help.
