@MarCut hi go into your self serve account go to the far right to quick links, you can change sim there

and use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,or safari on private mode,and get verification code choose by email for SIM Swap.

Please log into your Self Serve account by loading selfserve.publicmobile.ca. Go to the Profile area and there will be an option to change your SIM card.
