I can only go buy what I see and what I've read, but when it comes to trying to troubleshoot someone else's account, there's always an amount of speculation and sometimes guessing involved. It is true though that if the amount owing is $0 for the next renewal, Public Mobile will not allow a payment to be made through the self serve website. Both the link and the button to add funds take customers to the same page, regardless.

I suspect the option to make any payments there is dimmed out the same as it is on my account.

Strangely, the Public Mobile website won't allow a payment if the blaance owing will be zero at the time of next renewal. Please go into the Public Mobile app and go to the Payments area and use the Add Funds with Credit Card option.

@Fouadwww In your account payment page you can load funds with credit card on file or add voucher . You can buy vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 or shell gas station and also add the funds *611 also

Login on the PM app then go to Payment tab. There is an option to add funds with CC or vouchers.
You can also add payment by dialing 1-855-4PUBLIC or dial 611.
