You pay taxes based by your phone Area code.
If you want to pay less tax you would have to change your phone number and pick area code from province with less tax.
I do not know if it is worth as not Everybody has free Canada wide calls so some people might stop calling you...

@Almira11111 The tax amount is based on the area code of the number you have so if you moved to new province like Alberta you can go into your account profile page and change the number to Alberta one like this
Change # on profile tabs
But a better trick for you would to just buy payment vouchers in the new province your in at shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas station and load the funds *611 this way you pay lower tax rate and get to keep your old phone. Number win/win
