So here's my situation.
Things were working fine until my account was auto-renewed and upgraded to the 12GB promo plan on December 9th or 10th.
The last text message I received is the Congrats! Rewards have been applied text message. Since then I cannot make calls, text messages or use data. If I at least could use the phone (as a phone) I would be ok to wait but as it stands right now my phone is a brick.
I bought the USA addon as well which I wasn't able to use which was also a huge annoyance.
Again, if someone could just get me hooked up with phone or texting while the other issues get sorted out I would be OK. Fongo isn't an option as I really only have wifi at home and not at work.
