I paid for add ons on Nov. 1 and am still do not have any add on services working. Why?

You can check your add on if you go to your account and add-on usage to see how much you have left.

what add-on did you buy?
reboot phone once and see if you can start using it
and use Incognito/Private/secret mode to login My Account and check again
