@RapNugget Are you sure your Autopay is enabled? If it is, the 250mb of data should be on your account.

Note purchasing a data add-on is a two step process.
Check you account balance to see if the amount is still there.

If you have the $15 plan, you will get the bonus 250MB data if and only if your enable the autopay. You may setup your credit/debit card on your account. Double check again to make sure that you had enabled the autopay.

There is no paid add on of 250 MB.
Are you on the $15 plan on autopay which would give you 250 MB?
Check self service if on the $15 plan it should look something like this unless your data has been used up then it will not appear. You can then check your usage history in self service.
