Hi, I purchased a data add-on but it’s not working. My plan expired, I added the add-on, rebooted the phone, but there’s still no service. Can you help activate it or check what’s wrong?

As @hTideGnow stated, you purchased the wrong Add-on. You need the Canadian Add-on for $5, $15 or $30 depending on how mango gb of data you need.
Contact a CS_Agent to help you change to a Canadian Add-on.

It appears you are connected to the Public Mobile network. In order to use your US data add-on you must be connected to a US roaming partner network.

You bought the wrong addon. You have bought the US data and not the data addon to be used in Canada
Please ask PM support to help to change the data addon back to the correct one.
