Hi, I switched from Bell to Public Mobile however I didn’t get the SMS transfer asking me to authorize the transfer of my phone line. Can you please send a request again to my old device provider?

Number Port team. it will then direct you to talk to live support person....

There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
