Hi! So I tried to activate my new number using my eSIM but it was interrupted. I tried to activate by signing into the app but it requires a code that it sends to the new number, which I have not activated so there is no way I can get the code. So I can’t complete my set up.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I’ll need to submit a ticket since it sends a code to my email, which I used to log in. Only for the app to send another code to my number that I don’t have access to since I didn’t complete setup on assign the number to my eSIM. Seriously ridiculous that I need to confirm myself multiple times.

hi @SteveC1 see if you can have the code send to email. Click Resend code and the email option is there
