I tried activating i got error 821 and my account was charged for the payment and its telling me to make a ticket

This happenex to me too. I activated using IMEI that didnt went through but i was charged. Later i activated using account number and was activated and charged again. I contacted with CS agent and they verified charge on failed activation. They processed the refund which is on way. I hope it helps.

Error 821 usually comes up when you request porting and used IMEI as the information for the old provider
Open ticket with PM support to get that sort out. You will likely need to provide them the account number of the old provider this time for the porting to the successful

The ticket is made by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html.
In the chatbot, typing somethign similar to "create ticket" will provide the option for that.
