To be safe wait one hour since your last attempt. Ensure that your payment card has not been charged then follow these instructions....
Take photos of your activation especially the first page including all of the info you have entered, the 4th page with any referral and/or promocode you have entered and your transaction summary after you have successfully activated your Sim card. Put this info in a safe and secure place or folder.
If you are porting in I suggest you choose a temporary Alberta phone # to save up to 10% in sales tax on your activation plan. (Unless you are activating with a Quebec only promo then you must have a Quebec phone number.) Once all of your services are working on your pm Sim card you can port in your phone # on the profile page of your self serve account.
Be sure to put your old Sim card in your phone after you submit your port request to reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it. Your port will likely complete within a few minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. Once your old Sim card stops working your port is complete and you can put the pm Sim card in your phone and reboot.

First, make sure your payment card has not been charged, and if it hasn’t try, logging in using an incognito or private tab.
It sounds like you haven’t gotten to the last stage which involves inputting the credit card so you should be all right.
You might have better luck on a desktop device or laptop.
