OK so I’m at a loss I want to set my plan up get my phone activated they said that my plan was paid for my Sim chip was paid for that it would take two days to get here for my Sim chip it’s been four days the money came out of my account I did not receive an email confirming it and now they want me to submit a ticket to get the fixed and I don’t even know how to do that

I understand your frustration. Once you rec the sim, it only takes a few short minutes to activate. If you do buy a hard sim from Amazon; I'm sure that Customer Support would credit your account for the sim costs.
If you happen to have a cell that accepts esim...that option is even quicker. The new account can be completed in minutes with esim.

I would do that go through Amazon asses quicker however I didn’t know about this when I settle up on Friday afternoon and I have already paid for everything through Public Mobile so it’s already gone out of my account I can’t cancel with his **bleep** take too long to do because of the dump your credit card but I thank you for your help and for your input it has been very enlightening

It is a common error for new customers. The shipping of SIM cards will be done within 2 business days, but it will take up to 10 business days to arrive. Usually via Canada post with no tracking.
You can purchase a physical. SIM card in store. Keep the receipt and submit to Customer service agent who will often credit your account.

if you ordered sim from Public Mobile, it could take up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post. To dm Customer Support, use this link..

If you want the sim fast, order from Amazon. Delivered in 2 or 3 days. Then download the Public Mobile app to your cell to create an account, select a plan and activate the new sim.
