my phone was put on hold in 2024 . I need it activated now as I am travelling tomCanada tomorrow .?Kindly help

once you get to Canada, you can download the Public Mobile app to your cellphone, create a new account (using a different email address), select a plan and buy an esim. You need a valid Cdn Visa or Mastercard debit / credit card. If using hard sim, get one before activating the new account. See if there's a Mobile Klinik wherever you are as they sell the sim. Also, get one on Amazon.

accounts suspended for over 90  days would have been closed permanently.  Since you put the account on hold back in 2024, the account has been closed

You will need to reactivate a new account using PM app with a eSIM or physical sim card.  You can buy a Public Mobile Physical sim card from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klink store.   And you need a phone that has set App store set to Canada to download PM app to subscribe.  If your phone's app store not currently set to Canada, you might need a friend to help with subscribing
