Purchased a subscription for my husband and abandoned activation halfway through cause we realized we could complete eSim and number for him on my phone
now he has bought HIS own package but can’t complete his activation because there is a a halfway done suspended one on my phone
i want to cancel the activation I’ve got for him !! Help!

No two different emails. I tried to do a Ticket but that’s not working either

@Lindayehs hopefully you didn’t try use the same email for both accounts each account needs it own email .Please use this direct link to submit ticket with support , and remember all activations need be completed on the app now
