I just keep getting into a loop of signing int my account when trying to activate a new SIM

ive deleted and re-installed it on my phone 3 times now. but i will try again thank you

Try deleting and then re-downloading the app. Unfortunately the app is requirement for activation so there is no way around it

everytime i put my credentials in on the app, it gets stuck at a blank page

the app is worse.. it doesnt even let me login. once i put my credentials in on the app, it gets stuck at a blank page immediately everytime..

what error message you got? are you using the app to activate?

Sorry to hear you are having issues trying to activate. Are you using the app? Activation requires you to use the app. Desktop will only allow the process to go so far before you just get a login loop. Download the app and login when prompted once you open it, it should allow you to go through the rest of the activation process.

ive had the same issue for a week now..... wont let me login to activate my sim...

Unfortunately the website is experiencing some unexpected downtime this evening. If this isn’t urgent I would suggest trying again in the morning to complete the activation process.
