I am getting an activation error saying something went wrong when the app attempted to transfer my number. Now when I open the app, the app is stuck in the error. Please advise!

Try uninstalling the app and reinstall it then try reactivating it again.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent to help you port your number over to PM.
