Activation problems

Just having the same issues as everyone else who has tried activating their sims. It failed at the last part after charging my cc. When i put the sim in and make a phone call it says im not set up to do and log in to PM to do so. However my log in info isnt being accepted. Can @Mary_M @Shazia_K @Val_T please help?

Guys my phone is up and running and everything is working, it really is a matter of patience, but it wasn't from PM direct it was a moderator from the website. Just waiting for my online stuff to start working but still cant log in even when i click on forgotten password 

@psingh just to note that moderators have the Screen Shot 2016-11-11 at 11.13.31 AM.pngtag next to their names. Val_T is PM staff but isn't a moderator. Refer to this page for future reference... All you need to know about our Community Moderators

Please send a private message to one moderator that you previously mentioned.

 

Explain your problem and include your first name and last name, phone number and account number.

 

A bit of patience will be required but once your issue will be fixed your service will be worry free.
