I setup my father-in-law with Public Mobile from Fido and then every one forgot the password used. Can't reset password without remembering what the answer to the security question, which everyone also forgotten. Please help.

The Password reset function is not working. You will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will assist with password reset!
