Activation not working

i filled out the application, entered my sim card # as well as all other info (credit card, email, etc). It said that it could not be completed and to try again. I tried resubmitting a second application but now it is saying that my sim card # is invalid and it won't let me log in online either.

My apologies, I thought it only lead to their profile and didn't realize that it tagged them. Thank you for pointing that out.

@skmkenn it might be good to to remove the @ infront of moderator_team from your macro, as it actually tags the moderators. I do notthink there is a need to tag and also tell people to private message moderators.

Did you receive an e-mail with the activation details from your first attempt? It sounds like the activation partially went through and assigned the SIM card number to your account.
At this point I would recommend sending a private message to @CS_Agent with the following information:
- The e-mail address that you filled out during the activation process.
- The number on the back of your SIM card. You can also find this on the plastic punch card that the SIM card came on (it's a lot easier to read it from that).
- Let them know that you're having issues activating a new account.
