I’m having an impossible time getting my number to work for text I can call outgoing but no receive and says the number is active it is new not transferred- not working

third service ticket with no help avail

Thank-you! Removing my old SIM and restarting my phone worked!

have you remove the old sim card yet?  Remove it!  And if the old one was an esim, delete it.  Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings.   Then test incoming calls

if the caller still got message saying the number is not active, ask PM CS agent to check and reprovision the sim.   Private message CS Agent at:
