What kind of issues???
Do not try to activate multiple times, lets determine Why you cannot activate first. You might be billed multiple times in error if you try again and again to activate...

@Carley can you provider more info? like what error you got? was it error 821 or 837? or was it a credit card problem?
And if you are requesting porting, please put in the account number of your current provider instead of providing IMEI or MEID
But first, make sure PM has not charged your credit card yet before you attempt o proceed. And, you might want to try to use Incognito mode to try activation agian
Of course, we really need more information from you before we can advise
