I arrive from Chatr and I tried to port my number.
When I look at my phone number in my phone settings, it's the right number. When I call another phone, it displays the right number. But I still can't receive any calls, it goes directly to voicemail.
Any idea what should I do ?

@Azfar1 Put Chatr sim back in phone. Call *611. Ask Chatr for account number. If after 3 hours, porting isn't done, do the ticket thing. Use Chatr to receive calls. It will stop working when porting's done.

@Azfar1 Try your chatr SIM. If it's working the port is still in progress. Do not cancel your chatr account.
If it has already stopped working and you cannot receive calls, the port has failed and you will need moderator assistance.
To get a ticket:
the ? on the lower right of this page,
enter "ticket",
click "Contact us",
click "Submit ticket",
login manually if your username/password are not filled in,
click the drop down menu (in the white area),
pick the topic that fits your issue and follow the directions to submit it.

@Azfar1 that's how it works until the port is complete! Yoi should receive a text saying welcome to public mobile, your port is complete. After that it will work!

@Azfar1 hi it sounds like your port is not complete yet it can take a few hours just be patient
