Activation incomplete

After 3 weeks I finally received a sim card. I downloaded the PM app to complete activation. I logged in and went to the complete your activation portal.  And then nothing happened.  I couldn't get to a keep your old number portal, or anything.  Dead end.  My credit card was also dinged twice as much as it should have been as well.  Can someone please hook me up with a CS agent?  Please and thank you!

Thank you for the link to CS agent.  That really was the answer for my problem.  I am now up and running and everything is working!

I used the link you sent for porting.  Even though I keep clicking on the trusted device button I still have to do the extra step of verification when logging in.  So setting up the CS agent ticket login, I have to leave the page to get a verification number.  I get the number, go back, but now the window to enter the number is gone every time.  I think I am now done and see that Public is the most difficult website I've ever encountered.   OK so I have now used the second link that goes directly to CS agent.  Thank you.  If this last kick at the can doesn't work, I really am done.

you should be able to port in your number, why not?

if it shows you can, then yes

if you have trouble porting, you can confirm with agent,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
