Are you trying to port in your phone number from koodo prepaid? If so you must rake a temporary phone number and after activation is complete contact customer support to complete the number transfer from koodo prepaid to your pm account.
Include in your message to customer support your koodo prepaid phone #, account # and full name on your koodo prepaid account. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

To pre-verify your account include in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #

@Jessy1976 did you check if your phone number is eligible using the link above to check?
Also, did you get error 821? Do not try activating again if you got Error 821!!. Check if PM took the money from your credit card yet. If they did you need to message PM Support to get this sorted out. Message them at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
If you didn't get error 821 or confirmed PM has not try to get the money from you credit card, you can try activating it again, but enter the account number of your previous provider instead of IMEI number.

If you number can be transfer to PM as noted by @dust2dust. Remember to leave your old SIM in your phone wait for the text and reply with YES that you are porting over to PM…there is a 90 minute window for you to reply.

Check this site to see if it can be transferred in. Koodo is part of Telus as is Public.
