they offer an “esim” which is sent by email!!!! The CS said somethings wrong at this time it doesnt work!

No, tried App and Web … neither works. Finally got thru to CS first they said the payment wasnt made, showed them the credit card transaction… then they said the app has a gliche wont work…. Then they finally said I have to go buy a SIM and contact CS again and let them activate it manually… wat a **bleep**e show!

Didn’t you already purchase a SIM on the original activation? Was the first activation an eSIM?
Since payment didn’t go through, the original SIM wasn’t activated. Just wondering why an Agent asked you to purchase a SIM?

I thought you can only download the PM app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device to activate the SIM.

You can’t activate your SIM online. You can only do activation of your SIM on your phone through the PM app.
Once you activated the SIM, you can manage your account on the app or online.
