got the message subscription not activiated.
what happened?

OK the next step
Tried again in the app,
picked a phone number
follow the prompts and then was asked to put in a code that was sent to my phone - which i didn't get because my phone is not set up. this is classic!!
time passes, now somehow my phone is activated and set up, i'm in my account. but still no text message and I can make a phone call. says i'm not set up but i'm activated. loaded an esim in Europe was done in 5 mins.
i switched from chat to public mobile with an iphone esim and that worked.
this is a work phone and it's been 2 hours so far

@mbrown1975 just to confirm, did you try completing the activation through the app? This is a necessary step that some customers miss and they think they can complete the activation through the website where they started (which they cannot)

Did you completed to step 6 and got the message?
Did you activate a SIM or eSIM?
If you did then contact a CS_Agent to help you activate your SIM.
