I paid… transfer successful… then when installed PM add… filled out all questions, then tryed to transfer the number… hit “submit”… the next page said “Activation faild”
when I tried to restart the application it sent me to the same page…

hi @IrinaRo did you get an activation failed error, eSIM or physical sim
you can try to logout and wait 5 mins and try login using the app again
if still fails, you will need agent to help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

you must use the free PM app to successfully activate your new PM account...did you use it ?
