Activation and number transfer issues

For some reason I keep getting something went wrong message and to contact customer service but they are impossible to get a hold of. I cant even start a ticket cuz again "something went wrong"

And when should I expect a response from that agent?

No I havent even gotten to that step yet. I am trying to activate my new sim card and transfer the number but it keeps saying something went wrong.

can you make calls? do you only have problem with receiving calls?

if just receiving an issue, it is a problem with the number transfer.  

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
