Activation Issue with Eversafe

I was going through activation.M

Finished SIM registration and selecting a phone number.

Get challenged with unknown device and the code is sent to the phone number I selected but it is not activated... it receives no code... so now I am stuck... can't get in.  Phone does not appear to have finished activation (it was in the last step).

@Dublicate_acct - regarding your statement above...umm, just search the Community, you will find tons of issues posted.

But even before this May 2023 update there have been lots of issues posted in the Community about Self Serve, rewards, plans, etc. you name it.

As for your questions about why switching to EverSafe....us members can only guess as to why Public Mobile changed to EverSafe, improved security, reduced sign in credentials, ease of verification, etc.  We are only customers and members like you here, remember?

@BJR56  So, you got passed the phone number selection or porting part yet?  You picked porting in phone number?

if so, did you get the porting authorization text from your old provider?

@BJR56  First try rebooting the phone . If no dice hit resend code a free times . And you should get an option to send code to email instead . Give that a try if still no luck pleas submit ticket with support
