@CS_Agent Just purchased a subscription and immediately after the payment was processed I was notified there was an error activating my account and I should promptly contact customer support. So here I am :P.

I will be porting my number over once I activate the subscription, but I do not believe that is the source of this problem (as I haven't started that process yet). Thanks for letting me know about the direct messages, I'll shoot a message over using that method instead.

Did you mean to private message CS_Agent?
Go to you avatar and find you messages if on mobile or click the envelope on desktop.
Then start a private message to them there.
Are you porting a number over?
