Porting issue

I was unable to port my number from rogers because the data entered at public mobile by agent did not include the rogers account number. I have tried to send ticket over 10 x.  I did speak to rogers and they confirm they cannot port.

@marie_sam1964  I’ll send you the porting team number they can re trigger the port request . Sending it private message as we not allowed to post it here . Also if you need support you can use this direct link to them also
