I am trying to subscribe but none of my payment methods have been working. Does public not accept transfer wise?

did you use the Public Mobile app to subscribe?
don't think support can do noch if account not activated yet
what you can do is to get a period credit card from stores and then create another account using a different email to subscribe

Nope PM doesn’t take transfer wise. Only CC or debit.
You need to complete the activation on the PM app and not online.
