Activating my sim card

Hi,

I just finished activating my sim card but it still shows no service, when I inserted it in my phone. I don't know what to do. please and thank you

@Benedicta1992 try restarting the phone, turn it off, remove and reinsert the SIM and restart your phone. Stay safe.

• restart your device
• enable/disable airplane mode
• manually select the network(public mobile)
• reset network settings

whats the make and model of the device?

@Benedicta1992 hi is your phone unlocked? who was your last service provider?
