Hi,
My phone has been stuck on "Activating cellular service" for quite some time. It says "this can take up to 5 minutes" but it's been well over 15 and it's still 'trying'. Suggestions?

Other things to try:
- try your SIM in another phone, another active SIM in yours
- reboot the phone
- do a factory reset, after creating a bcakup
- login to your account and confirm it is Active
Also, if porting a number, try your old SIM. If it works just keep using it until the PM SIM is functional. Do not close your old account; that will happen automatically.
Let us know how you make out.

In the mean time go under settings if its an andriod phone, hit more than cellular networks > network operators and try manually selecting the public mobile network. This setting is usually set to Automatic by default.
Check if you have the correct APN settings as well. http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartph...
If you have not already tried to Private message one of the Mods. I suggest you do this.
It sounds like something the mods might need to address.
Try to PM one of the mods with your relative Account #, SIM Card# etc.. Follow this link on how to send a private message to a Mod: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-me...
Also send the support team an email as well: @this link: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
