This is the message I keep getting but Telus says there is no reason from their end. (I had my phone number in but took it out before the screen shot). Help me please! Thank you! 
Hi, My phone has been stuck on "Activating cellular service" for quite some time. It says "this can take up to 5 minutes" but it's been well over 15 and it's still 'trying'. Suggestions?
