Thats Great! How do I send a message customer support? I tried creating a ticket but you have to be an existing customer already... and that I am not.

Do not try to activate again! Check your payment card to see if your plan amount has been charged.
Try SIM in some other phone. That will determine if it is your phone hardware issue.
Usually 821 is missing/incorrect porting information. Your SIM card will need provisioning to your incomplete account activation. Send a private message to customer support with "incomplete activation" in the subject line and explain in detail your issue. Once the CSA sets it up correctly you will be able to finish your self serve account set up.

It is not letting me get to that point again when re-registering. I did use the former account number when first registering. It is now saying that my phone number is not a valid Canadian phone number. I have not yet been billed from PM. I don't know what to do...??

@brad8 error 821 usually about activation with porting but IMEI # was used as porting information instead of account number of your old carrier
First wait 10 mins, check your credit card to confirm PM has not charged you yet
If PM didn't charge you on your earlier activation, then you can try activation again, but this time, please use your carrier account number instead of IMEI
If PM has charged you already, then do not try activation again, put the PM sim card into a phone and see if it connects to PM network and if you can make outgoing calls. But even you can make outgoing calls, there are something to do to get the porting done. Reply us and will advise
Let us know how it goes
