When I tried to activating my new SIM card, the process just stop at step 2, Phone number, and spin forever.
What is the problem?

If you are porting a phone number into Public Mobile from another provider, check to see if your number can be ported from this Koodo website (Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile), so, same allowances here:

If the website is still hanging at the phone number section, and the number you are trying to transfer over is portable, activate with a new (temporary) phone number, then you can port in the number afterwards (either from your My Account/Self Serve or from submitting a ticket with customer support (CSA).

Otherwise, try a totally different device when performing the activation of the SIM card.

Yes it will browser issue. It is a common problem. Just clear your cache, cookies and go incognito as noted by @darlicious and you should be fine to the final page 4.

It's likely a browser issue. Are you porting in your number? If so take a temporary number. Then once you have activated and your services are all working you can port in thru your self serve accounts change number feature.
Start over but do the following first...
Be sure to write down your email. password, 4 digit account pin #, security question and answer to put in a safe and secure place in case you ever need them.
The referral code (for your $10 bonus referral credit)and promocode ($35+ plans) are entered on the 4th page of the activation portal.
