@noellealim Best to submit a ticket, use the chat icon bottom right and if that doesn't work send a private message using this link

Thanks for your reply! I just tried in the app and it is bringing me to the payment field as well.

@noellealim The OP marked using the app as the solution, are you using the Public Mobile app? It is needed to complete activation.

This happened to me today. Did you have any resolution? When I go to "finish activation" I am brought back to the payment field 😞
