I already activated the sim card and paid the plan . Why no services still?

@lurui If you tried @RobertQc ‘s suggestions still no service ,You may need to Private message the MODs with your personal account information as they will need this in order to help you.

@lurui When did you sign up? Did you just port in or open a new account? Did you put the sim card into the phone? Is your phone compatible with the network? Is it unlocked? Not listed as lost/stolen?
What plan are you on? Does your account show active in self serve?
What happens if you call yourself? What happens if someone calls you? What happens if you call 611? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off? Re-inserting sim? Inserting old sim (if you ported)? Manual network search does what?
You're going to have to provide us with all the details if you want some help.
